With our location in Central Wisconsin we have long been aware of our wonderful natural resources and now we are joining the Wisconsin Environmental Initiative, Travel Green Wisconsin,an Eco Tourism effort, to make sure that our wonderful beauty and state resources will be available for future generations.

This 1889 Victorian home a landmark in our university city, still has all the original moldings and woodwork of a past era. Four generous rooms include two suites with fireplaces, one with a whirlpool, the other with a sauna. Three of our rooms have private balconies Most rooms have king or queen beds, all have private baths and antique furnishings.

Breakfasts get many compliments. This is the home of the Turtle French Toast and a wonderful Brandy Carmel Topping. We try to serve our full breakfasts when you need it and we also do our best to accommodate special dietary needs.

A Victorian Swan is located in the historic downtown area of a university town and we are just blocks from the Wisconsin River. The best kept secret of this city is the Green Circle hiking/biking trail and it goes right past the inn. We can arrange kayak, canoe, skiing and biking packages just for you.


Our location gives you access to vacations spots all over Central Wisconisin, a fine stop between Minnesota and Door County, Illinois and Lake Superior. So come to visit and walk along our river, shop historic Main Street, sip wine in our garden or sit on our front porch and watch the world go by. It is all waiting for you.
